Alderley Edge Cricket & Tennis Club Summer Ball

The Annual Summer Ball charity fundraising event 2024 at Alderley Edge Cricket and Tennis club. 

This Summer Ball event was a huge charity fundraiser organised by the Club Manager John Berry and associate Gill White. As a local Cheshire events company, Woodyatt Warner venue dressers were recommended to Gill White by one of her close friends in the floristry industry, that knew we had the capability of not only working on this luxury event, but also had the vision to ensure guests were greeted with the finest event decorators to encompass the Summer Ball theme. With around 280 renowned personnel and businesses from the local area attending, there needed to be a big Wow factor upon their arrival. 

As an annual Alderley Edge Cricket club event, the Summer Ball raises funds for local charities with donations from surrounding businesses and an extensive list of club members. The attraction brought in ticket sales and a waiting list so as venue dressers, this required some show stopping decor.

Summer Ball’s are a fantastic way to incorporate all the bright colours of the season, so creating stunning floral table centrepieces to raise eye brows and ensure guests are amazed was a must. As an events company we specialise in the Wow factor and to work on this event  as venue dressers was a great honour.

You are more than welcome to book a consultation and visit our storage units.

All we require is a 10% deposit with the balance due a month before the day of the event.

We are able to work anywhere. Have covered a huge amount venues and are always adding to the list for all types of events.

We are fully insured for Public Liability and hold PAT test certification for all our electrical equipment.
